Shipping & Returns
While we hope you love your Biomella purchase, we understand it might not always be the right fit.
We accept returns on first-time purchases within 30 days of delivery.
Products can be lightly used—we want you to actually experience them.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
To qualify for a full product refund, your return must include any gifts received with the same order.
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time customers only. Existing customers who create a second account using a different email address are not eligible.
To start a return, email hey@gobiomella.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide the return address and next steps.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Biomella is not responsible for lost return shipments.
If you receive an incorrect, missing or damaged order, please email us on hey@gobiomella.com with any relevant pictures and we will send a replacement for you
